～パントゥマカ Pan tumaca～

まだオリーブオイル初心者なので、これから勉強して情報を集めて、
みなさんのお役に立てる情報をお伝えすることができたらいいなと思います(*^-^*)
ではさっそく今回は、
オリーブオイルを使ったスペインの安くて簡単なレシピ
「パントゥマカ」を紹介します～
トーストしたパンにニンニクをゴシゴシして、
トマトとオリーブオイルをペースト状にしたものをのせて
お好みでお塩をふりふりするだけです！
これだけでも十分ですが、生ハムものせるとgoodですよ～

I don't have enough knowledge about olive oil.
So, I'll learn and gather information and I'll try to share them!
Today I would like to share a recipe of Spanish dish
that is cheap and easy, called "Pan tumaca".
Rub garlic on toast, make paste with tomato and olive oil and put them on toast.
Add salt if you want. That's all!
It would be tastier to put some uncured ham on it ;)
